Claim It lets you reserve an eligible item with a 10% deposit, then pay the balance in two equal installments at 30 and 60 days. The item ships once it's paid in full.
Inspect your item on arrival and open a resolution request through Trainbid if something's wrong. Our Return & Refund Policy explains the inspection window and how issues are resolved.

Create a listing with photos and details, choose how to sell it — Buy Now, Auction, or accept offers — and set your price and shipping. Your listing goes live to a dedicated model-train and collectibles audience.

Ship within 3 business days. Use a Trainbid-provided shipping label or your own carrier, and add valid tracking so your payout isn't delayed.
Issues are handled through Trainbid's resolution process — you'll have the chance to work it out with the buyer (accept a return, refund, or a partial) in line with the Return & Refund Policy.
